August 1991: Wins 1991 PGA Championship at age 25.

December 1991: At the World Championship in Jamaica, he signs an incorrect card after shooting an 87 in the second round and is disqualified. Breaks putter in that round and finishes using an iron.

December 1991: Trashes hotel room in South Africa while drunk.

February 1992: Disqualified from the Australian Masters when he fails to sign his scorecard after shooting an 81 in the second round.

June 1992: Forced off New York-bound plane in Denver after confrontation with stewardess while drunk.

September 1992: Wins B.C. Open.

Dec. 20, 1992: Charged with third-degree assault of then-wife Bettye.

Thomas Bjørn satser i år hårdt på at slå igennem i USA. Hans planer for sæsonen har været omgærdet af stor hemmelighed. Her gennemgår han sæsonplanen frem til udgangen af august 2004.
ET betyder Europa Tour, mens PGA er den amerikanske US PGA Tour.
WGC-turneringer og de fire Majors tæller både på den europæiske og den amerikanske Tour.

29. januar - 1. februar:
ET: Johnny Walker Classic i Bangkok, Thailand.
Den turnering spiller jeg kun som opvarmning og for at komme godt i gang med min europæiske sæson. Herefter er jeg på træningslejr en uge i USA og spiller tre uger i træk på PGA Touren.

12.-15. februar:
PGA: Buick Invitational, San Diego

19.-22. februar:
PGA: Nissan Open, Los Angeles

25.-29. februar:
WGC: Accenture Match Play Championship, Carlsbad, Californien

4.-7. marts:
ET: Dubai Desert Classic
Dubai er jeg af gode grunde nødt til at spille! (Tiger Woods får her mulighed for at få revanche for nederlaget i ørkenen i 2001, red.). Så tager jeg en uge fri, hvorefter jeg spiller fem uger i træk i USA.

18.-21. marts:

1.-4. april:

Så tager jeg to-tre uger fri, før jeg tager hul på min europæiske sæson. Der er lagt en turnering ind i Kina, som ikke er særlig interessant. Men jeg spiller med sikkerhed i Deutsche Bank-turneringen.

Herefter holder jeg to uger fri og spiller ikke Scandinavian Masters. Fordi jeg altid føler mig træt inden US PGA Championship og NEC Invitational. Sidste år var det især hårdt, fordi jeg spillede Nordic Open i Danmark ugen før en Major.

Herefter tager jeg tilbage til Europa og spiller BMW, fordi det er den sidste turnering, inden Ryder Cupholdet bliver udtaget. Det kan kun ændre sig, hvis ikke jeg er i nærheden af Ryder Cupholdet.

Herefter afhænger resten af min sæson af, hvor jeg ligger henne på US PGA-listen og på den europæiske pengeliste. Måske skal jeg spille lidt mere i USA for at komme i nærheden af Tour Championship (4.-7. november), måske skal jeg spille lidt mere i Europa, hvis jeg er i nærheden af at vinde pengelisten. Jeg har en god plan for, hvordan jeg gerne vil afslutte sæsonen, men den er meget usikker.

PS: Europa skal forsvare Ryder Cup-titlen den 17.-19. september i Michigan, USA

16 gange har Søren Mohn fra Mollerup Golfklub ramt hullet - i første slag 

Alle golfspillere drømmer om det, og de fleste opnår det aldrig. Nogle ganske få har set det, endnu færre har prøvet det Og så er der lige 44-årige Søren Mohn fra Mollerup Golfklub i Århus. 
16 gange har han med sit 8 golfjern slået til den 4,5 cm brede golfbold på en sådan måde, at bolden er fløjet i en stor bue de ca. 120 meter, landet med et bump på den tætklippede green, hoppet et par gange, for derefter at rulle direkte i hullet med en diameter på knap 11 cm. 
Det er en præstation, der gør ham til golfspillets danmarksmester i hole in one. 
I Dansk Golf Union kender man ikke til andre danske golfspillere, som kommer i nærheden af Søren Mohns præcisionsspil.

Til simulatorgolf i går, snakkede vi om TB's længste drive. Jeg mente at det var noget hen af 376 yards.
